Your key lights are WAY to far away. your background was overexposed for the face of your subject. Nice setup and equipment walk through, but your subjects are way to dark and too close to the wall.

that happens sometimes on some things with programs, if your screen is smaller than 16:9 or 8:6 itll resort to making it 4:3

If your computer screen is not a 16:9 ratio using 16:9 does not offer any benefit. It is only beneficial when using a projector (set to 16:9), or a flat screen (i.e. HD TV) with a 16:9 screen.
